On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce an update on the pro forma effects of the Proposed Placement of Tranche 1 Shares on the Company's substantial shareholders' shareholding following subsequent changes to the Company's Register of Substantial Shareholders as announced on Bursa Securities on 16 May 2023 and 25 May 2023.
