Reference is made to the announcement dated 7 February 2025 in relation to the submission of the further extension of time application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) to submit the Company’s regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities (“EOT Application”).

Bursa Securities notes that the Company has failed to regularise its condition pursuant to Paragraph 8.04(3)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements where the company had failed to submit the proposed regularisation plan to Bursa Securities for approval within the stipulated timeframe of 9 February 2025 and the Company’s EOT Application had been rejected as communicated by Bursa Securities to the Company on 7 March 2025.

In view of the above, notice is given to the Company pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A(3)(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements to make written representations supported by documentary evidence to Bursa Securities within five (5) market days from date of this announcement, i.e. on or before 14 March 2025, as to:

1. why a suspension should not be imposed on the trading of the securities of the Company; and
2. why the securities of the Company should not be de-listed from the Official List of Bursa Securities.

The Company intends to submit the Notice to Show Cause to Bursa Securities on or before 14 March 2025.
