Reference is made to the announcement dated 7 February 2025 in relation to the submission of the further extension of time application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) to submit the Company’s regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities (“EOT Application”).
On behalf of the Company, M&A Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 7 March 2025, decided to reject the Company’s EOT Application as the Company has not demonstrated to the satisfaction of Bursa Securities any material development towards the finalisation and submission of the regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities.
