Reference is made to the announcement made on 13 September 2024 wherein Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had approved the application for an extension of time up to 9 Feburary 2025 to submit the Company’s regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities.
On behalf of the Board of Pertama, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that it had on 7 February 2025 submitted a further extension of time application to Bursa Securities of twelve (12) months i.e. up to 9 February 2026 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities (“EOT Application”).
The outcome of the application of the EOT Application will be announced upon the decision received from Bursa Securities.
