Reference is made to the Company’s previous announcements on 10 August 2022, 1 September 2022, 3 October 2022, 1 November 2022, 1 December 2022, 3 January 2023, 2 February 2023, 1 March 2023, 3 April 2023, 2 May 2023, 1 June 2023, 3 July 2023, 1 August 2023 and 1 September 2023 in relation to the Company triggering Paragraph 8.03A(2)(a)(bb) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia”) (“MMLR”) and having been considered as an affected listed issuer, as well as its development update in complying with the requirements under Paragraph 8.03A of the MMLR.

The Company's Board of Directors wishes to inform that the Company continues its endeavour to address and assess potential solutions for its status as an affected listed issuer. The Company together with its appointed advisors, are actively developing a comprehensive plan for submission to Bursa Malaysia, considering all feasible options for its regularisation plan.

The Company will continue to make further announcements in relation to any latest development in accordance with the requirements under Paragraph 8.03A of the MMLR.
