Reference is made to the Company’s previous announcements on 10 August 2022, 1 September 2022, 3 October 2022, 1 November 2022, 1 December 2022, 3 January 2023, 2 February 2023, 1 March 2023, 3 April 2023, 2 May 2023, 1 June 2023, 3 July 2023 and 1 August 2023  in relation to the Company triggering Paragraph 8.03A(2)(a)(bb) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia”) (“MMLR”) and having been considered as an affected listed issuer, as well as its development update in complying with the requirements under Paragraph 8.03A of the MMLR.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Company continues working towards effectively tackling and evaluating viable options to rectify its status as an affected listed issuer taking into consideration all feasible alternatives to facilitate the regularisation plan. The Company, together with its designated advisors, is in the process of formulating a comprehensive regularisation plan for submission to Bursa Malaysia.

The Company will continue to make further announcements in relation to any latest development in accordance with the requirements under Paragraph 8.03A of the MMLR.
