-Combination of Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee
The Board of Directors ("Board") of Pertama wishes to announce that the Board has approved the combination of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee into a single committee as the 'Nomination and Remuneration Committee' with effect from 20 November 2023.

The rationale for the combination of the two (2) Board Committees is to enhance the efficiency of the Board Committees in discharging their duties and responsibilities.

The composition of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee is as follows:-
