Reference is made to the announcement made on 10 August 2022 wherein it was announced that the Company has triggered Paragraph 8.03A(2)(a)(bb) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) (“Listing Requirements”) immediately upon the completion of the disposal by the Company of the entire equity interest in Be Top Group Limited (“Disposal”) on 10 August 2022 as the Disposal is deemed as a disposal of major business by the Company. Accordingly, the Company was classifed as an affected listed issuer under Paragraph 8.03A of the Listing Requirements.

On behalf of the Board of Pertama, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company had on 8 August 2023 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for an extension of time of twelve (12) months i.e. up to 9 August 2024 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities.

Further announcement will be made to Bursa Securities with regards to the development of the regularisation plan in due course.
