On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Company had, vide a letter dated 20 July 2023, accepted Macquarie Bank’s offer to further extend the Committed Subscription Period from 50 Trading Days after the Subscription Closing Date to 65 Trading Days after the Subscription Closing Date.
Save as disclosed above, all the other terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement (as supplemented by the Supplemental Subscription Agreement) shall remain unchanged.
