On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 4 July 2023 received a Subscription Notice from Macquarie Bank for the subscription of 1,000,000 Placement Shares at the issue price of RM2.515 per Placement Share.
The Placement Shares have been allotted on 4 July 2023 and are expected to be listed on 6 July 2023.
