On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 23 June 2023 received a Subscription Notice from Macquarie Bank for the subscription of 425,000 Placement Shares at the issue price of RM2.691 per Placement Share.
The Placement Shares have been allotted on 23 June 2023 and are expected to be listed on 27 June 2023.
