Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those in the previous announcements made in relation to the Public Shareholding Spread of the Company as well as the Proposed Shares Acquisition.

We are pleased to announce that the Company has complied to the public shareholding spread pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities (“Public Spread Requirement”) upon the allotment of 38,461,538 Consideration Shares to the Vendor and the Investors on 20 May 2020. The Consideration Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 22 May 2020.

Based on the Record of Depositors as at 20 May 2020, the public shareholding spread of the Company after taking into account of the Consideration Shares allotted to the Vendor and Investors, is 27.72%, which is in compliance with the Public Spread Requirement.
