On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 20 June 2023 received a Subscription Notice from Macquarie Bank for the subscription of 600,000 Placement Shares at the issue price of RM2.825 per Placement Share.
The Placement Shares have been allotted on 20 June 2023 and are expected to be listed on 22 June 2023.
