On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 16 June 2023 received a Subscription Notice from Macquarie Bank for the subscription of 150,000 Placement Shares at the issue price of RM2.716 per Placement Share. The Placement Shares are expected to be allotted on 19 June 2023 and listed on 21 June 2023.
