Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 16 March 2023, 17 March 2023, 14 April 2023, 17 April 2023, 3 May 2023 and 26 May 2023 in relation to the Proposed Placement (“Announcements”).
Unless otherwise defined, all defined terms and abbreviations used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those previously defined in the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 7 June 2023 provided its written agreement to mutually extend the deadline for the satisfaction of the Conditions to 6.00 p.m. on 31 August 2023 and accordingly, the Subscription Closing Date would be extended to a date no later than 31 August 2023, on which all the Conditions are declared satisfied or expressly waived.
