For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the announcement dated 28 August 2024 respectively in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") between the Company and Kridentia Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (“Kridentia”).
The Company wishes to announce that as of 29 November 2024, both parties have engaged in a series of productive meetings and discussions to explore potential collaboration and integration. The Company is encouraged by the progress made thus far and is optimistic about advancing towards a successful acquisition that will strengthen its position as a key player in Malaysia’s digital transformation landscape.
