Reference is made to the announcement made on 18 March 2024 wherein Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had approved the application for an extension of time up to 9 August 2024 to submit the Company’s regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities.
On behalf of the Board of Pertama, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that it had on 9 August 2024 submitted a further extension of time application to Bursa Securities of twelve (12) months i.e. up to 9 August 2025 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities (“EOT Application”).
The outcome of the application of the EOT Application will be announced upon the decision received from Bursa Securities.
