The Company refers to the announcement dated 17 May 2023 where it was announced that DAPAT Vista (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“DAPAT”), a subsidiary of the Company has recently received a directive letter dated 30 April 2024 from the Office of the Chief Registrar of the Federal Court of Malaysia, mandating the transfer of all e-Jamin funds and accrued interest to the Main Receiving Account of the Prime Minister's Department.
The Company wishes to inform that subsequently on the even date 17 May 2024, the Prime Minister's Department, Legal Affairs Division has made an announcement on the continuance of e-Jamin services at all applicable courts in Malaysia. As such, there will be no significant impact on the Group's operations as well as revenue stream. The Company will continue to make further announcements in relation to any latest development in accordance with the requirements under Paragraph 9.03 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. This announcement is dated 20 May 2024. |
