Reference is made to the Company’s previous announcements on 10 August 2022, 1 September 2022, 3 October 2022, 1 November 2022, 1 December 2022, 3 January 2023, 2 February 2023, 1 March 2023, 3 April 2023, 2 May 2023, 1 June 2023, 3 July 2023, 1 August 2023, 1 September 2023, 2 October 2023, 1 November 2023, 1 December 2023 and 2 January 2024 in relation to the Company triggering Paragraph 8.03A(2)(a)(bb) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) (“MMLR”) and having been considered as an affected listed issuer, as well as its development update in complying with the requirements under Paragraph 8.03A of the MMLR.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Company is aware of the extended time granted for the submission of its regularisation plan to Bursa Securities. The Company continues its efforts to promptly address and evaluate viable solutions aimed at rectifying its status as an affected listed issuer. The Company and its appointed advisors are rigorously assessing steamlined solutions to formulate a complrehensive regularisation plan for submission to Bursa Securities within the given timeframe. The Company will continue to make further announcement in relation to any latest development in accordance with the requirements under Paragraph 8.03A of the MMLR.
