Reference is made to the Company’s previous announcements on 10 August 2022, 1 September 2022, 3 October 2022, 1 November 2022, 1 December 2022, 3 January 2023, 2 February 2023, 1 March 2023, 3 April 2023, 2 May 2023, 1 June 2023, 3 July 2023, 1 August 2023, 1 September 2023, 2 October 2023, 1 November 2023 and 1 December 2023 in relation to the Company triggering Paragraph 8.03A(2)(a)(bb) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) (“MMLR”) and having been considered as an affected listed issuer, as well as its development update in complying with the requirements under Paragraph 8.03A of the MMLR.
The Company’s Board of Directors wishes to inform that the Company is mindful of its submission of its regularisation plan to Bursa Securities and continues its efforts to effectively address and evaluate viable solutions aimed at rectifying the Company's status as an affected listed issuer. The Company has been working together with its appointed group of professional advisors in identifying, formulating and finalising a comprehensive regularisation plan for its submission to Bursa Securities within the set timeframe. The Company will continue to make further announcements in relation to any latest development in accordance with the requirements under Paragraph 8.03A of the MMLR.
