For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcements unless otherwise defined herein.
On behalf of the Company, Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn Bhd and Astramina Advisory Sdn Bhd wish to announce that the Disposal SSA (as supplemented by the Supplemental Disposal SSA, Supplemental Letters and Second Supplemental Disposal SSA) has become unconditional on 10 August 2022 and the Disposal has been completed on even date in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Disposal SSA (as supplemented by the Supplemental Disposal SSA, Supplemental Letters and Second Supplemental Disposal SSA).
Accordingly, Be Top has ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company.
