Update on the Status of Memorandum of Understanding

Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 13 December 2021, 22 December 2021 and 28 February 2022.

 

The Board of Directors of Pertama wishes to update the status of the following Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”):-

MOU dated 13 December 2021 between Pertama and CGS-CIMB Securities Sdn. Bhd.

 

 

Both parties have arrived at a consensus as to the value proposition intended to be developed together. The parties are now preparing a proposal to solicit feedback from the regulators.

 

 

MOU dated 22 December 2021 between Pertama and iFIBER Holdings Sdn. Bhd.

 

 

The MOU was mutually terminated on 16 March 2022.
