Reference is made to the Company's announcements on 12 December 2018, 2 May 2019 and 8 May 2019, 18 June 2020 and 21 August 2020 in relation to the Disposal ("Announcements"). For the consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcements unless otherwise define herein.

On behalf of Pertama Digital Berhad (formerly known as Sinotop Holdings Berhad), Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn Bhd and Astramina Advisory Sdn Bhd wish to announce that Pertama Digital Berhad has received the First Cash Payment for the sum of RM12,000,000.00 on 21 September 2020 from GIL.

Tranche 1 Completion is deemed completed on 21 September 2020 in accordance with the terms set out in the Disposal SSA and Supplemental Disposal SSA. Accordingly, GIL is now the beneficial owner for the Tranche 1 Sale Share comprising of 43 Be Top Shares (pending registration of GIL as the registered owner), representing 21.5% of the issued shares in Be Top.

Pertama Digital Berhad still owns 78.5% of the issued shares in Be Top after the Tranche 1 Completion.
