| Working experience and occupation | Encik Sabri Bin Ab Rahman ("Encik Sabri") has worked in several industries including banking and finance, automobile, outdoor advertising, TV programme production and distribution, trading and sales and broadcasting. He is known in the broadcasting and communications industries for his work with some of the most prominent broadcasting and communications experts and specialists in Malaysia, as well as in the ASEAN region. Encik Sabri started Television Airtime Services Sdn. Bhd. ("TAS") (a newly acquired subsidiary of the Company) in 1992, a company that provided TV programme content besides advertising and broadcasting services. Encik Sabri has been actively involved in the development of private television operations in Malaysia since the inception of TV3, subsequently acquired Metrovision in 1996 and involved in consolidation of the TV3 group into Media Prima Berhad in 2000. In that same year, Encik Sabri founded DAPAT Vista (M) Sdn. Bhd. (in which TAS holds 56% equity) to expand government services through mobile technology. Now, as Executive Director in both Pertama Digital Berhad and DAPAT Vista (M) Sdn. Bhd., Encik Sabri oversees the implementation of mobile and digital solutions for e-government services. |
