| Working experience and occupation | Encik Sabri Bin Ab Rahman ("Encik Sabri") has worked in several industries including banking and finance, automobile, outdoor advertising, TV programme production and distribution, trading and sales and broadcasting. He is known in the broadcasting and communications industries for his work with some of the most prominent broadcasting and communications experts and specialists in Malaysia, as well as in the ASEAN region. Encik Sabri started Television Airtime Services Sdn. Bhd. ("TAS") (a newly acquired subsidiary of the Company) in 1992, a company that provided TV programme content besides advertising and broadcasting services. Encik Sabri has been actively involved in the development of private television operations in Malaysia since the inception of TV3, subsequently acquired Metrovision in 1996 and involved in consolidation of the TV3 group into Media Prima Berhad in 2000. In that same year, Encik Sabri founded DAPAT Vista (M) Sdn Bhd (in which TAS holds 56% equity) to expand government services through mobile technology. Now, as Executive Director in both Pertama Digital Berhad and DAPAT Vista (M) Sdn Bhd, Encik Sabri oversees the implementation of mobile and digital solutions for e-government services. |

| Encik Sabri was appointed as an Executive Director of the Company on 11 November 2020. Article 100 of the Company's Constitution states that every director appointed shall hold office only until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting unless is re-elected. As the appointment of Encik Sabri only took place after the notice of the 36th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") was sent out to the shareholders, his re-election as director was not in the Agenda of the AGM. Thus, pursuant to the operation of Article 100 of the Company's Constitution, Encik Sabri has accordingly retired at the conclusion of the AGM held on 8 December 2020. The Board of Directors has passed a resolution to re-appoint Encik Sabri as an Executive Director of the Company immediately after the conclusion of the AGM. |
