Reference is made to the Company's announcements on 12 December 2018, 2 May 2019, 8 May 2019, 18 June 2020, 30 July 2020, 21 September 2020, and 15 October 2020 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). For purposes of consistency, the definitions and terms used in the Announcements will be used in this announcement unless otherwise define herein.
On behalf of the Company, Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn Bhd and Astramina Advisory Sdn Bhd wish to announce that the Company had received the Notice of Confirming Reduction of Share Capital of Pertama from Companies Commission of Malaysia dated 15 December 2020, confirming its compliance with the requirements for the Capital Reduction pursuant to Section 119(4) of the Companies Act 2016. Pursuant thereto, the Share Capital Reduction shall take effect and completed on 15 December 2020.
